Clinical Psychologist with a focus on testing

Courser Lapo Therapeutic Wellness is seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologist with a strong focus on psychological testing to join our dynamic and supportive team. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing comprehensive assessments and diagnoses, guiding treatment planning, and contributing to the overall well-being of our clients. This role also offers opportunities for in-house supervision and mentoring, allowing you to share your expertise and support the growth of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and testing for children, teenagers, and adults
• Interpret test results and provide detailed reports to inform treatment planning
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care
• Provide supervision and mentoring to early-career psychologists and other mental health professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Stay informed about the latest developments in psychological testing and mental health treatment

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Psychologist (LMLP/LCP)
• Experience in psychological testing and assessments, particularly with children and teenagers
• Strong analytical and interpretative skills in psychological assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work in office settings and provide telehealth services
