Mental Health Clinician (Concordia)

Courser Lapo Clinical and Family Services is looking for full-time and/or part-time psychotherapists to join our group private practice at our three office locations in North Central Kansas: Belleville, Concordia, and Minneapolis.

Requirements include being fully licensed in the State of Kansas with 2 years post-independent licensure experience, preferably with community mental health or private practice experience, registered with CAQH, and eligible to be paneled with BCBS. Compensation is hourly-based upon therapy services and clinical admin time worked; full-time is $48,000 to $72,000+.

Therapist must have a niche(s) (children, couples, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) and be willing to network within their community to grow their referral base and recognition in the community. Courser Lapo Clinical and Family Services provides a steady stream of referrals as well. The ideal candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and a positive-minded group of clinicians. Candidate will be employee status.

Requirements are:

• BSRB license to practice in Kansas required. Licensure preferred: LSCSW, LCP, LCMFT, LCPC, and LP. Licensure considered LMSW, LMFT, LMLP, LPC with preference being given to those close to completion of a clinical training plan.
• Willing to complete 25 or more client therapy hours per week
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience
• Prior private practice experience and community mental health experience is a plus

Required education:

Successful completion of Master’s or Doctorate degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, professional counseling, or related degree.
