Bretney is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about working with older adults as well as anyone working through grief/loss and life transitions. Prior to becoming a therapist, Bretney worked for over 7 years as a certified nurse’s aide in long-term and assisted living homes. She recognizes the unique struggles as well as strengths of this population.
Moving into a new season of life can be scary and challenging. Bretney hopes to assist her clients by utilizing strengths-based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solutions-Focused approaches. She works with all ages through individual counseling. Bretney hopes to help her clients recognize their strengths and provide them with the hope and support needed to grow, heal and adapt.
