Sophia Leno is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Master Addictions Counselor with an enthusiasm for promoting the success of her clients. Her therapeutic focus is on creating a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can feel comfortable meeting themselves.
She specializes in helping individuals with addiction and co-occurring issues and is experienced in addressing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, and major life stressors and transitions. She has a wide array of experience working with individuals from all ages and backgrounds, across schools, community health centers, and in the field of substance use treatment.
She firmly believes that every human being is the expert of their own life, and she desires to be a guide for all clients to help them reach their goals. With a unique blend of therapeutic approaches, her primary technique is listening, validating, and empowering everyone with whom she works.
