Courser Lapo Therapeutic Wellness is seeking passionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic and supportive team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be able to make a difference in the lives of adults, children and teenagers, treat trauma, and build a caseload of your ideal clients. Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy sessions to children and teenagers
• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders
• Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing support to clients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of mental health therapy

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW/LSCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT/LCMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (LMLP/LCP)
• Experience working with children and teenagers preferred
• Strong understanding of trauma and/or play therapy treatment techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work in office settings and provide telehealth services
